We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Employee Relations Associate Analyst – Hybrid.
The Employee Relations Associate Analyst is responsible for providing case management support for all Global Disciplinary Review Panel meetings in Citi’s APAC jurisdictions, under the supervision of the Head of Employee Relations (Asia Clusters) and in coordination with the Sr. Employee Relations Global Disciplinary Review Panel Facilitator.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for entering new and updating the status of existing cases that require a Disciplinary Review Panel meeting, into the relevant databases.
Supports and works closely with the Global Disciplinary Review Panel Facilitator to initiate, plan, convene and facilitate Disciplinary Review Panel meetings, including but not limited to:
Gathering and analyzing data, which may include investigation reports, emails and relevant background and staffing information;
Notifying relevant stakeholders;
Preparing meeting agenda and relevant materials;
Scheduling meetings;
Participating in and taking notes during Disciplinary Review Panel meetings;
Assisting in document meeting outcomes accurately post Disciplinary Review Panel meetings (including in relevant trackers and systems).
Acts as a change agent to both identify and execute enhancements to the disciplinary processes with focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
Adheres to established, and evolving standards, for detailed, auditable and required documentation.
Collaborates with key stakeholders (HR partners, HR Legal, CSIS, Ethics Office, ICRM).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent
2-5 years relevant experience
Proven work ethic and ability to self-start
Prior experience in distribution of data reports
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Sound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data base entry skills a must.
