We have a variety of programs that help employees balance their work and life, including generous paid time off packages.
Team Overview:
At the forefront of transforming Internal Audit, the Digital Solutions and Innovation (DSI) team is a powerhouse of AI-driven ingenuity. We design and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that empower audit professionals to work smarter, faster, and with deeper insight. Our mission is to reimagine how audits are conducted—leveraging advanced technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and cloud-native architectures to deliver scalable, intelligent tools that enhance efficiency, deepen insights, and empower auditors with elevated capabilities for assurance.
We operate with a startup mindset inside a global enterprise—rapidly prototyping, iterating, and deploying solutions that make a real impact. Our culture is rooted in curiosity, experimentation, and a relentless drive to innovate. If you're passionate about pushing boundaries and building the future of audit, this is the team for you.
This role involves performing analytics on AI usage, driving the strategic oversight and reporting to senior leadership and ensuring AI capabilities deliver value-added assurance, identifying areas of opportunity for continuous improvement, glean broader and deeper insights, enable efficiencies, and promote better quality and consistency in Internal Audit. In addition, this role aims to cultivate a thriving culture of AI literacy and accelerate the effective adoption of AI at Internal Audit through the development and delivery of training initiatives.
Role Overview:
The AI Analytics & Enablement Lead Analyst is a pivotal role focused on overseeing, analyzing, monitoring, and enabling the effective use and continuous improvement of AI capabilities integrated with Internal Audit's applications. This role requires a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques, including generative AI, agile methodologies, cloud computing, and intelligent chatbots.
A significant success factor will be the automation and continuous monitoring of AI tool performance, robust documentation of metrics, and clear, impactful communication and presentation of results to pertinent audiences, including senior leadership. This role requires strong literacy in AI, coupled with a creative, imaginative, forward-looking attitude, and a total quality assurance orientation to drive positive and measurable impact on DSI and Internal Audit.
This role will also be focused on supporting the development and delivery of AI training initiatives, encompassing key AI/ML concepts and practical application of Citi’s and Internal Audit’s AI capabilities, along with ethical and risk considerations. If you are passionate about innovation, possess an unyielding drive for excellence, and are ready to empower an entire function with the power of artificial intelligence, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
