Advanced Creative Graphics Designer and Presentations Lead - C11 - Mumbai
Job Purpose:
An advanced graphic senior designer is a key member of the Presentation Design team, working in a fast-paced environment to create high-quality, visually compelling pitchbook presentations and design materials.
This role supports internal clients across various business divisions, including Banking, Markets and Services. As part of this specialist team, the Senior Designer will deliver innovative and professional visual solutions that enhances client materials while maintaining brand consistency. The role involves working on a wide range of projects, including PowerPoint pitchbooks and presentations, bespoke PowerPoint templates, custom covers and conceptual slide design.
The objective to provide day-to-day presentation and high-end graphic design support for potentially complex and sensitive documents.

Job Background/context:
Working as part of the graphics and presentations team in a busy department that produces pitch book materials and graphic designs. Presentation Design Services is a specialist group that provides services to internal clients within the Global Investment Banking group (i.e. Investment Bank, Markets, Transaction Services, Private Bank, etc.) and various other clients within Citi.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for producing a variety of marketing materials (e.g. Citi and client branded PowerPoint pitchbooks, bespoke templates, custom covers, basic Excel charting, isometric illustrations, infographics, diagrams, animation etc.) using relevant applications, to an advanced level
Apply advance layout and design techniques to develop creative and enhanced PowerPoint slides which offers conceptual and visual solutions
Traces and produces logos, maps and illustrations
Apply strong presentation and graphic design skills, illustration, and data visualization techniques, to interpret complex ideas and present them as clear and compelling designs
Works closely with designers, project coordinators and team members to develop high-quality pitch materials
Ensures all materials comply with Citi brand standards and provide branding advice to clients when necessary
Collaborate with Workflow Coordinators and/or Creative Project Leads on custom graphics and design projects
Work directly with bankers and partner with other hubs to understand objectives and create tailored design solutions
Liaise directly with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, job instructions and design requirements
Proactively raise creative ideas and emerging trends that align with business goals
Completes related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes
Responsible for quality control of own work, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks
Provide training to new starters as required
Proactively reach out if the output deliverables are impacted and agree to best possible plan to help the clients
Manage special projects coordinating directly with the clients
Ensure proper utilization, billability and other service levels are always met
Collaborate with shift supervisors and global hub partners
Participate and contribute to department initiatives and global/regional projects

Knowledge/Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in presentation & graphic design or corporate design support, preferably in a financial or corporate environment
Experience producing corporate pitchbooks, marketing materials and advanced design layouts, templates, covers, etc. for professional clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Certification in graphics design applications – preferred.
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (i.e., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Professional) - Must
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) - Must
A portfolio or samples of recent creative work is a must
Competencies:
Excellent customer service skills and administrative skills
Availability and the ability to handle a busy production environment, which involves the presence and/or contact with operations on all shifts on a routine, ongoing basis
Create a supportive atmosphere where all can develop and succeed
Willingness to rotate across shifts to support business needs along with a weekend cover.
Typical schedule will be a 5-day work week onsite (non-hybrid operational model) with each shift being of 9 hours (including 1 hour break).
Mumbai center covers 7am to 1.30am IST, Mon through Sun
