Job Overview

Join Citi's HR Organizational Readiness team and help drive the successful adoption of change initiatives across our global HR function. In this hybrid role, you will craft compelling communications, support strategic change planning, and partner with Change Management Managers to ensure smooth transitions for process, program, and technology changes. If you thrive on balancing multiple priorities, think creatively, and enjoy making a measurable impact on large-scale projects, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute change strategies: Collaborate with Change Management Managers to develop and implement approaches that prepare the organization for HR process, program, and technology changes.
  • Create clear, engaging content: Develop written materials—emails, talking points, FAQs, help guides, and presentations—tailored for HR colleagues, people managers, and employees across the globe.
  • Drive adoption and minimize resistance: Craft communications using Smart Brevity principles to promote engagement and facilitate smooth transitions during change initiatives.
  • Coordinate large-scale events: Manage scheduling and logistics for organization-wide calls and meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain change management resources: Keep templates, best practices, and lessons learned up to date so the team continuously improves its approach.
  • Track and report on impact: Maintain key metrics that measure the team's success, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact: Step in as back-up on projects when Change Management Managers are unavailable, ensuring stakeholders receive timely support.
  • Partner across HR functions: Work closely with HR ESPA, HR partners, HR process owners, and other teams to deploy processes, reporting, and strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Uphold risk and compliance standards: Apply sound ethical judgment in all business decisions, adhering to applicable laws, regulations, and Citi policies.
