Job Overview
The Enterprise Data Office (EDO) Business Execution is seeking a results-driven Vice President to provide oversight of Citi’s ICRM Controls, support execution of compliance governance initiatives and KPI/KRI reporting. This role is central to driving transparency, performance management, and operational accountability across EDO functions through analytics, automation, and stakeholder collaboration. This position will support senior leadership by developing insights, enabling data-driven decisions, and ensuring execution against regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. The role will interact with a range of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including but not limited to Business Unit Managers, ICRM and Second Line of Defense.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and supporting multiple ICRM controls for the organization including defining the strategy, approach, processes, quality, tools and reporting.
- Collect data and apply necessary quality checks to ensure data integrity. Manage queries around data quality and timing.
- Examines procedures for consistency and gaps relative to various Operational Risk Controls and implement a robust tracking and reporting including key metrics to provide visibility and highlighting risk and escalating concerns in a timely manner.
- Support site-level performance through design and management of dashboards and reports to track KPIs, performance metrics, and strategic goal progress.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and briefing materials for senior stakeholders, including EMT-level leadership.
- Translate complex data and operational topics into clear, concise, and visually impactful materials.
- Document minutes from key forums with defined action items and accountability.
- Drive process improvements and improve operating model efficiencies through analysis of resource capacity allocation and reporting landscape quality control.
- Assist with ad-hoc strategic and transformation projects as assigned by Manager and support project tracking, risk/issues logging, and operational calendar adherence.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years experience in a risk management, business support or project coordination role
- Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
- Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritise is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.
- Desire to improve processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
- Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
- Team player and relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
