Job Overview
The Team
The Sales Enablement Team works across the Citi Investor Services business, supporting Sales, Client Executives, and Account Managers with origination and business growth opportunities. Leveraging firm‑wide resources, the team is responsible for managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and ad‑hoc client queries.
The team also works alongside the dedicated Content team on the development and organic growth of our content library. Our goal is to consistently add value across the sales lifecycle, deploying our skill sets in the most appropriate way to support revenue generation and business growth.
The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with product, operations, technology, implementation, and subject-matter experts to produce clear, accurate, and compelling RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates effectively, can manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, and has the capability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
Utilising their existing experience, the successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running. We are looking for a high performing RFP writer; who thrives on challenge, employing drive and ambition to deliver against tough targets.
What we'll need from you:
- Relative experience in a similar RFP role within financial services.
- Good securities services knowledge – a background in Operations / Product would be beneficial.
- Excellent English language editorial / writing skills, with the ability to articulate a strong commercially orientated story.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and demonstratable experience in juggling multiple demands, leveraging exceptional time management skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- An interest in deepening your understanding of the Citi Investor Services business and corporate strategy.
- Experience working with Qvidian.
- Confidence in synthesising complex product and/or solutions into easy-to-understand content.
- Brand guardianship experience.
