We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Mortgage-Backed Structurer to join our team in London with a focus on the burgeoning Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) market. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in this dynamic region. You will leverage your expertise in securitization structuring, financing, and origination, working closely with key players in the KSA mortgage market, including mortgage banks, the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company, and local regulators. A deep understanding of local regulations and established relationships within the KSA financial community are essential for success in this role.
What you will do will be varied day to day, but the key drivers for the role are:
Structuring and executing complex securitizations backed by residential mortgages, specifically tailored for the KSA market.
Advising clients on optimal financing and origination strategies, leveraging your expertise in the KSA mortgage market.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
Staying abreast of evolving securitization regulations in the UK and KSA, adapting strategies to meet changing requirements.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the KSA mortgage market.
Supporting the UK desk, and help mentor more junior members of the team
What we will need from you:
Deep knowledge of securitization structuring across consumer and residential mortgages, including financing and origination practices.
Demonstrated ability to cover clients, pitch complex structures, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong understanding of both UK and KSA securitization regulations.
Established network within the KSA mortgage market, including relationships with banks, the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company, and regulatory bodies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, coupled with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
