The VP – Client Platforms Business Analyst will lead delivery of a strategic FX pricing and distribution transformation within FX Technology.

This is a senior business analyst role critical to a revenue-generating business. The individual must combine strong technology delivery capability with deep FX pricing and distributionknowledge.

FXpricing and distributiontechnology is revenue-critical infrastructure; small architectural or pricing logic changes can materiallyimpactP&L.

Role Overview/What you will do:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of FX pricing and distribution technology transformation.

  • Oversee pricing enhancements (spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs).

  • Govern distribution platform delivery (eFX, SDP, APIs, multi-dealer, RFQ).

  • Drive consolidation of fragmented pricing stacks and platform components.

  • Ensure regulatory requirements (best execution, mark-up transparency, audit controls) are embedded in system design.

  • Partner with Trading, Sales, and Architecture leadership to align commercialobjectiveswith technical implementation.

Key Skills and Experiencerequired:

  • 7+ years’ experience in FX technology,eFXdelivery, or Markets transformation.

  • Deep understanding of FX pricing mechanics (spread construction, skew, internalisation, liquidity routing).

  • Proven delivery of complex, low-latency, revenue-critical systems in a global bank.

  • Strong stakeholder management at senior business and technology levels.

  • Domain depth in FX pricing and distribution is essential to challenge design decisions and protect margin.

  • This is not a generic IT Business Analyst role; it requires a senior leader with proven FX pricing and distributionexpertiseoperatingat VP level within a banking environment

  • The role requires credibility withsenior businessMDs and senior architects.

  • The programme spans multiple technology stacks andrequires deep technical knowledge
