We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Transaction Services Intermediate Analyst - C11- Hybrid (Internal Job Title:Transaction Srvcs Intm Analyst - C11) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you’re expected to:

• Provide support to various functions within the Transfer Agency team in Kuala Lumpur to resolve day to day operational enquiries
• Proactively monitor and resolve all queries received via email and through a dedicated hotline within the agreed SLA
• Work with the wider Transfer Agency team to streamline client/investor servicing operating model
• Respond to requests and deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors
• Resolve problems independently and utilize independent judgment to conduct complex analysis of information
• Participate in ad hoc projects including automation and client onboarding activities
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.  

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Relevant years of experience
• Relevant Degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated client & investor servicing skills within the Transfer Agency domain
• Investors Services background with client servicing experience is essential to this role
• Candidate with Mandarin language is plus as the role will handle Hong Kong region
• Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
