In this role, you’re expected to:

The Client Service Mgmt Analyst2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating Securities & Cash related settlement queries. Collaborate with seniors to identifies policy gaps and formulates the existing process and procedure. Able to interprets client and internal stake holders queries and ambitious to learn and develop skills and knowledge. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing/ Liaising client, internal & external stake holders queries in professional manner. (i.e. brokers, custodians, bankers)
  • Understand and communicate with internal stake holders on Trades , Cash & Reconciliation Queries
  • Basic understanding in interpret documentation & Compliance i.e review Signature List & Power of attorney
  • Able to Investigate and resolve settlement issues, such as failed trades, cash shortages, or security position breaks. (Basic knowledge)
  • Sometime required to maintain records, updating SOPs, and assisting with system upgrades or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Required to join adhoc business related work (non operational i.e schedule briefing / meeting ext)
  • Coverage when colleagues is not available & extended working hours at time when necessary .

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Analytical skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Basic settlement knowledge. AI & Project management experience is advantage.
  • Previous experience in Settlement, Cash, Reconciliation, will be added advantage
  • 2-3 years relevant experience


Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
