Whether it’s honing your skills or building your network, we know that success cannot come without growth. Citi South Africa is looking for Risk Graduates to join our year-long Learnership Programme. The Programme provides exposure and practical work experience to newly qualified university graduates.
The Graduate will support the Risk Management team in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting risks across the business. The role provides exposure to risk frameworks, analytics, reporting, regulatory requirements, and business operations, while offering practical experience and development opportunities within a professional risk environment.
The Graduate will gain hands-on experience across various risk disciplines. This role is ideal for a motivated Graduate seeking a career path within risk management and financial services.
We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed. We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. The Learnership Programme trains and grows key players in today’s changing economic environment and will equip you with the knowledge and training you need to succeed.
We want to hear from you if...
You have obtained your undergraduate bachelor's degree with a >65% average in any of the disciplines: Finance; Economics; Accounting; Statistics; Mathematics or Risk Management.
Acceptable to have a maximum of 1 year of work experience but not required
You have strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills

Commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire to learn and succeed in team environments

Analytical and quantitative skills
Desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry
