Architectural Leadership: Champion the adoption of modern architectural patterns, specifically microfrontends, to enable a federated development framework that accelerates innovation velocity and allows for independent team contributions while maintaining architectural cohesion and enterprise standards.
Unified User Experience: Ensure the delivery of a unified, consistent, and intuitive user experience across all operational desktop components, working closely with UX/UI designers and engineering teams to meet the demanding needs of our global operations.
Data & Metrics Frameworks: Establish and oversee robust data and metrics frameworks to monitor platform performance, user engagement, operational efficiency gains, and inform continuous product evolution and data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder Alignment: Utilize exceptional communication and diplomatic skills to effectively guide, influence, and align a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering teams, operations leads, and external partners, ensuring adherence to Citi's strategic objectives.
Technical Strategy Advancement: Act as a key driver for advancing the technical strategy of the Ops UI initiative, ensuring that product developments are scalable, resilient, compliant, and future-proof within Citi's infrastructure.
Business Impact: Relentlessly focus on achieving significant direct business results through platform improvements, demonstrating clear ROI and contributing to the organization's strategic goals and operational excellence.
Market & Technology Trends: Continuously follow and apply the latest trends in operational platforms, Generative AI, microfrontend architectures, and other relevant technologies to keep our products at the cutting edge and ensure Citi remains an industry leader.
