Job Overview

The Asset Services Client Service Analyst is a vital role responsible for providing exceptional support to clients regarding their asset servicing needs. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a thorough understanding of asset servicing processes. The Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolve issues promptly and efficiently, and build strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries related to corporate actions, income payments, tax reporting, and other asset servicing matters.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Investigate and resolve complex client issues, coordinating with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding important event information, processing timelines, and potential impacts to their accounts.
• Document all client interactions and issue resolutions in a clear and concise manner within the appropriate systems.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or management as needed.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of asset servicing processes, corporate action and income event requirements, and market practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and efficiency.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
• Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, including risk management and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset servicing or client service roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of asset servicing products and services (corporate actions, income processing, tax reporting) is a plus.
• Fluency in both Spanish and/or Portuguese (written and verbal) is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration) is preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$78,320.00 - $109,280.00
