Apps Development Group Manager - Senior Vice President

In this senior management role, you will own and drive the technology strategy for our critical client and reference data platforms. You will partner directly with senior leaders across Prime Finance and Futures & Derivative Clearing to deliver robust, scalable solutions that power our business growth. • Shape the Future:Define and execute the technology strategy and platform roadmap, directly influencing business growth and ensuring best-in-class risk and control frameworks.

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership Experience:A proven track record of 10+ years in technology, with significant experience managing and leading global development teams.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Deep experience in architecting and building scalable Reference Data, Pricing and Client Hierarchy platforms.

  • Strong background in modern applications development usingJava, Spring, SQL (Microsoft SQL Server preferred), Kafka, and MongoDB.

  • Proficiency withDevOps principles and tools, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Tekton), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and version control (Git).

• Financial Domain Knowledge:A strong understanding of, or keen interest in, the Finance Sector, particularly concepts related to Prime Finance, security/instrument/pricing reference data, and client account data.

• Communication Skills:Exceptional and clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
