- System Integration:Architect and oversee the integration between core operational systems (e.g., trading, portfolio management) and our analytical systems to ensure seamless data flow and a single source of truth.
- Tooling & Technology Leadership:Champion and demonstrate the use of AI to solve data problems.
- Execution & Delivery:Act with a strong sense of urgency to drive projects from conception to completion. Troubleshoot complex data-related issues and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner closely with business leaders, portfolio managers, financial advisors, and technology teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience:10+ years of experience in technology roles within major financial services firms, with a significant portion dedicated to wealth management.
- Data Warehousing & Cloud:Proven track record of working with analytical data platforms and data warehouses through their technological evolution, from on-premise traditional systems (e.g., Teradata, Oracle) to modern cloud-based solutions.

- Mindset:A proactive, "get-it-done" attitude with a proven ability to act with urgency and navigate a complex, fast-paced environment.
