Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and quarterly priorities for a complex software application, exercising independent judgment to maximize business value and strategic outcomes.

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to improve business processes and customer outcomes through technology‑enabled solutions in a highly regulated environment.
- Apply advanced analytical and interpretive thinking to complex business problems, translating ambiguous or conflicting inputs into clear product direction aligned with enterprise standards.
- Translate business strategy and requirements into well‑defined user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity, alignment, and shared understanding across delivery teams.
- Exercise decision authority over scope, sequencing, and priority trade‑offs, balancing value delivery, risk exposure, dependencies, and capacity constraints.
- Represent the voice of the customer and business in Agile ceremonies, providing direction, clarification, and prioritization guidance to ensure teams deliver against intended outcomes.
- Define and monitor product success metrics (KPIs and outcomes), using data and insights to inform continuous refinement of roadmap and backlog priorities.
- Provide product leadership and mentorship to analysts and delivery team members through guidance and feedback, without formal people management responsibility.
- Assess and manage product‑related risk, ensuring solutions comply with regulatory, control, and policy requirements, and escalate issues appropriately to protect the firm, its clients, and its reputation.
