Within Citi’s Global Consumer Banking business, the FCFP Group has responsibility for managing the end-to-end fraud and financial crimes processes across Retail Banking, Citi Branded Cards and Citi Retail Services.

The FCFP Supplier Manager will have responsibility to manage third party suppliers within the Global Financial Crimes and Fraud Prevention group.  The candidate will provide support in the oversight of new and existing contractual relationships with suppliers working with key stakeholders within FCFP and partnering with other supplier management functions across Citi including ESC Sourcing, Third Party Utility, Finance, Legal and Compliance.  The candidate will be responsible for supporting all aspects of supplier management including contract management and supplier risk management in accordance with Citi policies.  Candidate will also support budget and invoice processing working with Finance. Candidate will also be responsible for aspects of supplier reporting and will prioritize risk management and control to protect and enhance business outcomes.

The FCFP Supplier Management Lead responsibilities include:

  • Primary support point of contact for Global FCFP suppliers relating to contract and supplier management tasks
  • Work diligently through a risk and control lens to assist supplier management improve processes and efficiencies
  • Serve as Business Activity Owner Support (BAO) for suppliers in accordance with Citi Third Party Risk Management Policy
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand supplier service/product being contracted and associated requirements
  • Support new contracts and renewals for managed suppliers within FCFP in partnership with ESC Sourcing
  • Negotiating contract terms, including pricing and SLAs
  • Lead supplier risk assessment and supplier management activities for new and existing suppliers in accordance with the Citi’s policies, including:
    • Improve risk/controls related to 3rd party management oversight
    • Support all risk assessments and resulting mitigating activities – partnering Control and Internal Audit
    • Performance monitoring via SLA tracking and resolution
    • Required training for suppliers
    • Supplier issues and escalations
    • Other required ongoing monitoring activities and mitigation
  • Engage with other supplier management functions, such as ESC Sourcing, Product Compliance, Information Security, and the Third-Party Utility, to fully understand all requirements and assist with execution on activities
  • Partner with Finance to deliver against operating budgets, process supplier invoices and secure approval for spend tied to contracts.  Ensure proper supplier invoice reconciliation processes are in place validating goods and services have been delivered in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Partner with Finance team on cost planning, cost variances, invoice processing, and cost reduction opportunities
  • Anticipate, identify solutions and resolve obstacles for complex issues hindering progress on supplier management activities - escalate issues when necessary to Sr. Management across supplier management functions.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within Global FCFP and support supplier management teams.  Ensure strong communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers alike on agreement status, etc.
  • Drive efforts to develop and maintain the FCFP Supplier Management Sharepoint site and ensure proper reporting and tracking of agreement details, control deliverables, and supplier metrics
  • Demonstrated experience in Sharepoint design, reporting, and maintenance (previous administrator experience pref)
  • Support Supplier Management Global oversight communication with our partners – drive needed communications with key partners in region to ensure business continuity of critical services and development of multi-year roadmap
  • Support development of the Supplier Management engagement model for Global Financial Crimes & Fraud Prevention to ensure key stakeholders understand team expectations, visibility, and value add of the supplier management team.


Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Supplier Management or related experience: 2-3 years
  • Candidate must excel at working in fast paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and changing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience with Third Party Risk Management Policy and Third Party Risk Management Assessment procedures (TP-RAP)
  • Financial Services experience: 5 years
  • Credit Card and/or Retail Banking experience preferred
  • Contract management experience preferred
  • Supplier and/or Operational Risk Management experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, required
  • Demonstrated project and task management skills required
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills required to ensure expectations are managed appropriately 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
