The Production Operations Governance & Control Senior Analyst role sits within the CTI Production Operations Governance team. The role involves working closely with technology stakeholders and subject matter experts to maintain and execute governance initiatives and frameworks for Production Operations. The ideal candidate will have foundational understanding of technology and risk management within the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports and executes a robust technology governance framework for Production Operations in accordance with Internal Audit standards, relevant government statutes and regulations and Citibank policies
  • Act as a steward of Production Operations risk rating
  • Serve as a consultant to technology business-area leaders regarding compliance activities
  • Build and manage relationships and interactions with internal and external auditors and risk management
  • Establish regular communication with technology teams to drive adherence the Standards and required control activities
  • Support cross business knowledge sharing of best practices around execution of Standards and required control
  • Exhibit knowledge of technology related governance, compliance and auditing frameworks within Citi
  • Perform regular assessments that lead to proactive corrective actions plans and IBAM credit
  • Make recommendations to appropriate teams to improve Citi policies and procedures
  • Execute compliance monitoring activities supporting Production Operations
  • Assist in initiatives to reduce toil and improve data quality in relation to Service Management processes


Qualifications:

  • Ideally 2+ years of technology governance experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities to identify issues and support solutions.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and support cross functional activities.
  • Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision and have the ability to prioritize workloads quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to innovate and champion process changes for efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficient in data transformation and analysis. Experience of working with large and complex data sets, translating raw data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Sound technology experience is beneficial
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Service Management functions
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
  • Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
  • Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$96,400.00 - $144,600.00
