As the Technical Project / Product Analyst, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy, capabilities roadmap, product marketing, total cost of ownership (TCO) and rates, and request and adoption process. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development of product plans while coordinating with product lines. You will deploy new products, maintain and enhance existing products, drive awareness and usage, and measure the product performance ensuring positive user experiences, and deliver to objectives. You will understand technology, infrastructure automation including compute, networking, storage, cloud and software development lifecycle and work in collaboration with our internal team, the security teams, infrastructure services, compliance/regulatory teams, and business partners to set direction and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic program roadmaps, launches, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as survey and analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities to apply in strategy development and execution.
  • Know technology infrastructure and be able to interface with senior infrastructure and application development leaders to clarify requirements, align priorities and translate into work items for the delivery team.
  • Drive the product inception process for new products and upgrades by preparing the business case and feasibility study, defining the service offering and catalog, enable technical certification and product implementation by key partners.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to develop the communication strategy and roll-out approach, detailing the product offering, and preparing the product rate card
  • Collaborate with product, data science, and development teams to flesh out the personas and use cases around technology reference data.
  • Work with application developers and engineering managers to understand and define how customers use and interact with technology reference data.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to help identify the best technical implementation methods as well as execution schedule.
  • Understand and define the user stories, user journeys, definition of done and acceptance criteria and tests.
  • Create enhancement opportunities by reviewing existing metrics, analyzing trends and performance dashboards. Strive for continuous improvement in product service level targets and offerings.
  • Drive increase in product adoption by reviewing adoption rates and taking remedial action in cases of low or below target adoption agreed by key partners and then actively track and monitor performance against these targets
  • Track the delivery of strategic product programs and decommissioning of non-strategic products and conduct annual product assessments with all parties/teams involved in the product lifecycle.
  • Oversee all aspects of program life cycle management. Including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field as well as help drive innovation by working with external partners/alliances .

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in infrastructure management, enterprise observability, automation, infrastructure as code and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience in product marketing, product development, and/or analytics
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to define and achieve high value business goals.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changes in expectations / requirements.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Skills / Experience:

  • Product and/or Project Management experience gained from a large, global technology or financial institutions organization.
  • Technologist and do not shy away from going into the technical details needed to turn high level, complex requirements into deliverables, milestones and work items.
  • A clear understanding of and experience in Enterprise Observability to include Logging, Tracing, AI Ops, Metrics.
  • Strong experience in Agile, and Agile Transformation.
  • Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills with the ability to articulate to key partners.
  • Enjoy learning and love sharing your knowledge with others utilizing varying vehicles.
  • Detail oriented, perseverant, and resourceful individual, who has confidence with analyzing data and producing reports, metrics and presentations.
  • Enjoy collaborating and working as part of a cross-discipline team.
  • Self-starter with good problem-solving skills, and you continuously look for ways to improve processes.
  • Understand the importance of prioritization of your work and providing a great experience to the users of your product is important to you.

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
