Job Overview

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Automate deployment of complex, multi-tier global applications for regional roll outs in sequence/parallel.  Provide significant cost savings in process related activities and bring operational efficiency. Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements. Impact the engineering function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services. Exhibit knowledge of how own specialty area contributes to the business and apply knowledge of competitors, products and services. Increase Deploy Solution adoption globally throughout the firm. Improve operation processes and identify opportunity for automation. Analyze day to day operation and maintain SLA (Service Level Agreement) and SLO (Service Level Objective) for Application Release Automation Services. Write automation scripts and program to improve efficiency of service. Define test suites to perform quality assurance of software delivery. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Engineering (any), Computer Science or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an Engineering Lead Analyst, Senior Project Manager, IT Analyst or related position involving developing and maintaining build and deployment scripts for test, staging and Production environments. 6 years of experience must include: Using Agile Framework to define epic, story and task to plan day-to-day operation work and produce deliverables on time; Driving drive day to day challenges by coordinating with enterprise level complex eco systems; Managing risk and controlling activities across the platform and team; Analyzing data to produce service level agreements (SLAs) and service level objectives (SLOs) and taking action to improve the overall SLAs/SLOs; Performing enterprise resource planning to orchestrate tools and technology needed to run the day-to-day operation efficiently; and Managing Linux infrastructure and design systems for optimizing IT operation.
