This role is within Citi's Treasury & Trade Solutions team and is a regional role supporting the Japan, Asia North and Australia ("JANA") Cluster based in Hong Kong .  Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.  Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact.  Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results.  Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner.  Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities.  Quality and timeliness of output will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent, professional delivery of all client management disciplines including: account planning, call reporting, lead generation, pipeline management, implementation acceleration, origination to revenue realization, share of wallet / competitor analytics.
  • Support Sales org in continuous focus on drivers impacting end-to-end client experience
  • Collaborate with teams in cross-functional departments within TTS (Sales and Product) and with TTS partners within JANA cluster and those in cross-cluster / global teams.
  • Summarize and review client performance analytics, provide insights and recommendations on areas for focus and improvement.
  • Support the TTS JANA COO in sales and cluster business execution priorities.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years financial/business analysis experience.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural global teams.
  • Ability to think analytically. Independently driven and resourceful, with a sense of pragmatism and urgency in execution of strategy.
  • Ability to synthesize large complex data, derive meaningful insights, and articulate a solution that meets senior requirements.
  • Extremely self-motivated & hard working, have the ability to take direction and drive results, work with minimal direction, maintain composure even in stressful situations.
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal , oral/written communication skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
