Job Overview


Responsibilities:

  • Review and provide insights on metrics and Inquiry Management processes.  Deep understanding on SNOW and how metrics and calculations are done, reports and dashboards. 

  • Build reports to provide visibility on the operations numbers, SLA, etc.  Strong knowledge on SNOW.

  • Perform Data Analytics, strong data analytics drive and able to work with Management.

  • Understand basics of systems programming to build customized reports for the business.​

  • Create Global, Region, Country, Daily Reporting Dashboard (including Ad Hoc) to include all daily results.

  • Translate the business needs into data requirements and documents when needed.

  • Supports ad-hoc global reporting requests, support the operation on dashboards, metrics and reporting , numbers and SLAs for MORs presentations.

  • Be a source of options and solution for management and propose report options, as expert.  Explore potential ideas and solutions for specific asks/needs. Open minded to asks that might seem very difficult or complex and search alternative solutions.


Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment

  • Proven organization and time management skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
