Job Overview

Creative Execution Manager is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes andwork-flowfor the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industryexpertisewithin a defined area. Requiresin-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to theobjectivesof the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter,prioritizeand validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills arerequired. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/orfacilitatingservices to others inareaof specialization.Workand performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful marketing campaigns, consistently achieving businessobjectives
  • Ensured flawless execution of marketing campaigns through effective cross-team collaboration, meeting all established goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, evaluating marketing requests anddeterminingoptimalstrategies for collateral updates. 
  • Leverage self-service content editing tools to efficiently update marketing collateral, adhering toestablishedprocedures.  
  • Provideexpert guidance on content editing best practices, empowering teams toutilizeself-serve tools effectively.  
  • Direct external studio agency to makeedits tocollateral out of scope for self-servetool.
  • Assesses forimpacts and potentialneedforadditionaltesting to ensure overall channel integrity.
  • Collaborate with business partners to executecampaigns/initiativesthat driveacquisitionsgrowth and greater customer engagement.
  • Identifyand manage issuestoresolution.
  • Manage internal legal,complianceand creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

    Qualifications:

    • 5-10 years’ experience in executing marketing campaigns through Direct Mail and E-Mail channels.
    • Experience managing marketing campaigns is a must.
    • Strong project management skills,attention to detail, andability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
    • Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
    • Requires attention to detail, excellent project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.

    Education:

    • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
