The US Consumer Cards (USCC) – Digital Product Analytics Team is a specialized function dedicated to understanding, measuring, and improving the servicing and marketing experience across all digital platforms. We are a dynamic and data-driven team focused on accelerating digital growth, enhancing customer engagement, and driving operational efficiency. By leveraging cutting-edge analytics and Gen-AI, we identify and act on opportunities to improve the customer lifecycle, increase digital revenue, and reduce service costs. We foster a culture of continuous learning and rapid experimentation to deliver impactful digital experiences that resonate with our customers. Role Description:

Digital Analytics Analyst is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Must be able to exchange information in a concise way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job.

Responsibilities:

• Incumbents work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies

• Identifies and compiles data sets using a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, Access) to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business to business outcomes

• Responsible for documenting data requirements, data collection / processing / cleaning, and exploratory data analysis; which may include utilizing statistical models / algorithms and data visualization techniques

• Knowledge of digital marketing and Credit Card business, and industry best practices is highly beneficial

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience

• Proficiency in coding using Python & PySpark

• Hands-on experience working with large, complex, unstructured datasets, data warehouses and ability to pull data using relevant programs and coding

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, and adaptive to matrix work environment

• Experience in working on Credit Card Business, Digital marketing Analytics be nice to have

Education:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

• Experience in Python, PySpark, Hive, Impala, SQL programing will be preferred

• Credit card Business and P&L experience would be preferred

• Knowledge on Adobe, Test & Learn and other web analytics tool.
