Job Overview
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Risk Reporting 2LOD Sr. Lead Analyst for its Getzville, NY location.
Duties: Support the Strategic Risk reporting product development and implementation for board reporting (State of Risk, CRO, ECRM) and the Reputation Risk reporting product development and implementation for board reporting (State of Risk, CRO). Assist with the product development, production process for Self Service Analytical products for Non-Financial Risk. Implement, monitor the ITESS object transition for DART ORRA in line with the Data Transformation requirements. Collaborate with multiple groups including Technology, Operational Risk Management (ORM), Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), ensuring accurate and timely execution of all data transformation processes. Execute and implement methodologies for Executive Scorecard metrics in accordance with Citi Issue Executive Scorecards standardization guidelines. Support the development of the Tableau Governance Product, ensuring effective controls, implementation of Tableau Change Control process. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics, Management Sciences and Quantitative Methods, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a quantitative occupation ensuring risk analytics, reporting and mitigation for Operational, Strategic and Reputation Risk. Employer will accept pre- or post- master’s degree experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: Implementing banking supervision risk principles for accurate risk data aggregation and risk assessment; Driving innovation and process automation using statistical and business intelligence tools including Tableau, SQL, Python; Conducting comprehensive data analyses and trace end-to-end data flow in both regulatory and internal management reports, identifying the root causes of data concerns and quality issues; Developing reporting and self-service analytical products based on Risk Metrics, Losses, Issues, and Manager's Control Assessment; Applying advanced Data Visualization and Data Engineering skills using Agile methodologies to design data workflows that meet Data Transformation requirements; Performing Risk Analysis, Reporting and Mitigation for Operational, Reputation and Strategic Risk; and driving development and improvement to mitigate risks, enhance controls and standardize processes in the firm through implementation of project management tools, skills and methodologies. 40 hrs./wk.
