Job Overview

The Credit Risk Management Services (CRMS) team operates within the Institutional Credit Management organization, focusing on supporting credit risk processes and controls. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of credit risk who can apply specialized knowledge alongside industry standards and best practices. The position involves integrating technical expertise with broader organizational objectives, ensuring the accurate execution of credit-related activities.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. The role also demands a high level of ethical conduct, accountability, and sensitivity to diverse perspectives. While the position has a limited direct business impact, it plays a critical role in supporting the integrity and efficiency of credit operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, review, and set up approved credit packages and documentation, providing support across a wide range of credit-related tasks.
  • Handle daily transactional processes and collaborate closely with deal team members.
  • Support a broad range of credit products and services, both risk and control related.
  • Follow established procedures to identify and resolve credit administration issues that require analysis or research.
  • Apply technical expertise and procedural knowledge to independently evaluate problems and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Make informed, data-driven judgments and recommend process improvements to management.
  • Minimize risk by leveraging deep procedural knowledge to identify, monitor, and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Manage and escalate transaction related issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Demonstrate intermediate level understanding of credit products, end to end processes, and how roles integrate within the team.
  • Collaborates effectively with colleagues and stakeholders using diplomacy and professionalism to communicate sensitive or confidential information.
  • Exhibit awareness and sensitivity to audience diversity in all professional interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
