Job Overview

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst for its Getzville, New York location.

Duties: Provide technical solutions by analyzing requirements and determining which data delivery mechanism is best suited. Lead integrations of the Information Services Group (ISG) Cloud data distribution platform. Drive client onboarding to the data available through services offered on the ISG Cloud. As part of the integration process, secure access and support clients with system integration, user acceptance testing, and go-live. Use Jira, POSTMAN and Studio 3T to test API solutions and connectivity for client teams and track and manage tasks to completion. Perform user acceptance testing of the requested features. Leverage RESTful Architecture and API development to determine the ideal data consumption method for clients and develop and evaluate performance of APIs. Support applications enhancements and resolve issues identified by troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Collaborate with other integration and applications development teams to lead various high-profile initiatives and tasks, including regulatory projects and decommissioning legacy systems. Use MongoDB to prepare queries which facilitate reference data consumption from ISG Cloud and resolve client issues. Contribute to improvement of the client management tool used by ISG Cloud to manage client integrations. Gather feedback, raise tickets, and participate in calls with the ISG Cloud development team to provide subject matter expertise and propose enhanced features that can potentially improve client integrations. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience as an Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst, or related position involving integration management for a data distribution cloud platform. 3 years of experience must include: JIRA; POSTMAN and Studio 3T; RESTful Architecture and API development; Network communications and protocols; MongoDB; System development life cycle; and Project management life cycle.
