Team Overview

This position is an entry level role on the ECP Issuance team as part of the Issuer Services business of Citi.  The Team Member would be responsible for processing ECP ( European Commercial Paper) Trades originating from Trading Desks. The Team are responsible for the handling of these ECPs from booking  stage through to settlement stage and supporting our clients with any issues or queries they may have.  


What you will do.

  •  Work with our stakeholders both internally and externally to capture and settle ECP orders that originate from trading desks
  •  Provide support to our global clients on their queries relating to their trades
  •  Minimize risk by monitoring errors and proposing solutions that help reduce errors in collaboration with your team
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to streamline processes and opportunities to work alongside our technical teams on various projects

What we’ll need from you

  •    High level of attention to detail
  •   Ability to work well as part of a team
  •   Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  •   Fundamental knowledge of concept of Securities/ trade activities
  •   High School Diploma or equivalent
