Team / Role Overview
The Program Management Lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
What you will do
- Ensure global standardization and adherence of program management framework ensuring regular reviews and scorecard reporting
- Work with Sales and Relation team, perform weekly monitoring of onboarding pipeline maintaining awareness of high probability deals requiring landing slot coordination
- Coordination of global landing slot forum and maintaining of forum governance guidelines
- Management and rollout of transformation initiatives as assigned, coordination amongst stakeholders, performing proper impact analysis, documenting/updating guidelines, and coordination of transformation rollout
- Training content, material, and global education of program management framework guidelines and artefacts, facilitating regular training/education sessions globally
- Set direction of a specialized area. Decisions made at this level will contribute to direction and drive strategy for the entire area; build strong relationships with internal and external constituents
- Escalate project risks to the Project Director, or Project Sponsor, when appropriate
- Assist with creation/monthly preparation of global management reporting
What we will need from you
- Demonstrated high level of diligence
- Strong motivation and organizational skills
- Focus on timely and accurate delivery of client onboarding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of business, product and operations teams
- Proven analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office products
