Team/Role Overview
The Legal Regulatory Requirements & Obligations (‘RRO’) team is part of Citi’s Regulations Management Function and sit in Legal The team is responsible for identifying new or amended laws or regulations applicable to Citi and Citi’s Regulations Inventory content.
The RRO Quality Review (QR) Team provide oversight for each stage of the RRO process. We work with the Reg identification and content teams to help make sure that the identification process is working as designed and that the regulations content that is being added into the Financial Regulations Inventory is correct and meets Citi standards.
We are a small friendly and supportive team of seven people sitting in the UK, NAM and India. The work is varied as it is global, and we interact with the different RRO teams in multiple locations.
What you’ll do
- Your day-to-day role will be to support the RRO Head of Data and Reporting.
- The role will involve identifying data sources and populations for different tests that we perform, applying sampling methodologies, managing testing data, analysing testing results, creating and presenting reports, producing metrics.
What we’ll need from you
- You will need a strong legal and/or compliance data / reporting background,
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- The ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- We would also be open to entry level candidates with relevant skills gained through their degree course.
- IT skills such as Advanced Excel (formulas and functions, pivots), Tableau, Python ( desirable but not essential
