MOSAIC is a multiyear a major, multi-year initiative to transform our core Custody product offering. We are building a best-in-class, strategic custody platform designed to materially increase operational efficiency, grow our market share, and solidify our competitive advantage.

This position is for a Senior Product Manager who will own a key workstream within this transformation. You will be directly responsible for defining critical aspects of the new strategic custody model, translating them into structured solutions, and creating clear, end-to-end implementation plans. You will operate within a team of deep subject matter experts and be a leader in coordinating the activities required to deliver this transformative change.

What you will do:

• Strategy & Vision: Define and own the product strategy for your workstream, translating the high-level vision into a detailed roadmap with clear business requirements and success metrics.

• Product Definition & Execution: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle. You will analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and client feedback to design innovative, standardized solutions that enhance the client experience.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the key liaison between business, Operations, and Technology teams. You will drive alignment, communicate business plans, and ensure your product vision is executed flawlessly.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics and management information to drive results. You will oversee your product's financial performance, identify opportunities and gaps, and develop business cases for new initiatives.

• Go-to-Market: Partner with commercial and client-facing teams to shape go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and pricing to ensure successful adoption and portfolio growth.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a go-to expert on custody products, particularly the intricacies of settlements, safekeeping, and asset servicing.

What we'll need from you:

• Core Experience: Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a cross-functional, agile environment.

• Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of custody products is essential, specifically with the settlements and safekeeping lifecycle. Experience in asset servicing is a strong plus.

• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to drive business innovation, develop strategic scenarios, and use data to make informed decisions and forecasts.

• Execution & Influence: A history of successfully managing complex projects, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and working with technology teams to deliver on a product roadmap.

• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional problem-solving skills and clear, concise written and verbal communication. You are comfortable working autonomously, managing deadlines under pressure, and adapting quickly to changing requirements
