Job Overview
Individuals in the Enterprise Risk Management are entrusted with managing the diverse and collective impact of the bank's risks. This involves identifying and managing enterprise-level and cross-cutting risks, designing scenarios for stress tests, managing climate risk, and safeguarding against reputational risk. This role is integral to the overarching objectives of the bank, as it ensures the bank's operations are within defined risk appetite and helps maintain financial stability. The role provides a comprehensive view of risk management, enabling the bank to anticipate, assess, and mitigate potential risks, crucial for the bank's sustained growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Review 1 LOD portfolio management processes and outcomes of CECL reserves calculation.
- Stay updated with developments within the field and contribute to the directional strategy.
- Provide technical expertise within the business and guide, influence, and convince colleagues in other areas.
- Deal with medium complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact.
- Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business.
- Ensure work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience
- Solid knowledge of CECL reserve calculation.
- Proficient in risk management software and tools.
- Proven experience in credit risk management, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong analytical skill
- Ability to influence decisions and provide expert advice in the area
- Extensive knowledge of credit risk management principles and practices.
- Experience in managing a credit portfolio and calculating CECL reserves.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to credit risk management.
- Experience in dealing with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact.
- Excellent technical and analytical expertise to filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others.
- Ability to balance potentially conflicting needs and weigh various alternatives.
- Proficiency in risk management software, tools, and databases.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Ability to balance potentially conflicting needs and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
•Lead the automation and optimization of data processes and dashboards supporting regulatory reporting and risk management.
•Design and implement pipelines and automated validations, reducing reliance on EUCs and manual tasks.
•Collaborate closely with Technology teams to translate business needs into reliable and production-ready solutions.
•Supervise and develop a small team of data engineers/analysts, ensuring delivery and innovation in data processes and visualization.
- Master’s degree is desirable
Advanced English
- Educational background in Computer Science or related fields with a strong
foundation in programming
