Job Overview

The General Services Chef is an intermediate level professional responsible for performing culinary tasks to ensure a positive dining experience, in coordination with the General Services function. The overall objective is to utilize culinary knowledge and experience to influence team to provide a high-quality dining experience and mitigate potential issues and customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to team of driven, creative individuals to produce high-quality food for senior executives of the Firm
• Utilize organizational skills to maintain work environment
• Train other team members, leveraging own culinary style and developing team members individual styles
• Create an efficient and seamless dining operation, and utilize knowledge to provide creative culinary experience
• Mentor others and act as team builder, setting high standards and positive tone for work dynamic
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate dynamic work environment and business needs
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of culinary experience required
• Prior kitchen experience required
• Experience as a chef preferred
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure in fast-paced environment

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Elaboración de panadería y repostería de alta calidad todos los días para los comedores corporativos no limitativo si facultativo para el apoyo a funciones de cocina.

Principalmente en Santa Fe pero con disponibilidad de moverse a Centro Histórico u otros comedores de Banamex.

Escolaridad: Mínimo preparatoria preferente Lic. O Carrera a fin.

Experiencia laboral: 3 a 5 años comprobable recientes en las actividades.

Idiomas: Deseable

Otros conocimientos:

Paquetería Office

Conocimientos Relevantes: Panadería Artesanal, Pan Dulce Nacional e Internacional, Pan Blanco, Postres al plato, Pastelería, Repostería Fina, Preferentemente con conocimientos en Chocolatería (no obligatorio, pero si es un deseable)
