Job Overview

The Ops Support Associate 2 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Support Associate 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and solve key issues of assigned area and deliver supporting documents to corresponding areas
  • Assist with the management of various reports, including business reporting, monthly operating report, and business scorecard and provide constant and clear communication regarding local policies and processes
  • Assist in the execution and monitoring of processes and data, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Organize, develop, and maintain Continuity of Business, Resolution planning and Business Review Templates
  • Administer and maintain applications for the generation of Dashboards indicators in the effectiveness of processes
  • Monitor requirements related to compliance with Corporate Policies
  • Monitor and implement corrective actions derived from MCA reviews and other control entities
  • Conduct administration activities for collections, including maintaining applications, providing support to collections administration systems and implementing global and local projects in the collection process
  • Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast pace and changing environment
  • Ability to analyze data and solve problems
  • Proven organizational and time management skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Apoyar al supervisor para monitorear  y/o verificar la ejecución de los procesos operativos y contables, derivados del procesamiento diario, y que seas sean realizados de forma oportuna y exacta.
Apoyar al supervisor para segurar la conclusión en tiempo y forma de los  procesos operativos, verificar como checker que los analistas confirmen la correcta conciliación de cifras contables y/o operativas, así como asegurarse de que extracción de reportes y bases de datos para su análisis se genere de acuerdo a los convenios de servicio que se tienen con las Gerencias de Producto.
Cumplir conforme a los tiempos y calidad comprometidos en ellos. así como asegurar el mantenimiento de estos con revisiones y actualizaciones periódicas.
Apoyar para que las líneas de Control (ARCM) mapeadas a todos los procesos operativos a su cargo, sean las adecuadas, y que cumplan con la función esencial de mitigar todos los riesgos Operativos para evitar Issues. 

Todas aquellas que estén comprometidas en los convenios de servicio (SLMD´s) que se tienen o diferentes gerencias de Producto.

Interacción con el área de Soporte Operativo, dentro de la estructura de la Dirección de Transactions Services & Core Operations, así como con las Gerencias de Producto que apliquen, equipos de Control y Proyectos.

Horario de 09:00 a 19:00 Hrs o dependiendo el tipo de operativa, con una hora de comida / Residente

Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiencia equivalente.

Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia comercial relacionada con procesos operativos deseable, amplio conocimiento en el ámbito operativo de tarjetas de crédito, débito y productos de captación, incluido al menos un año de experiencia en supervisión y manejo de equipos de trabajo.
Amplio conocimiento de aplicación, análisis y estructura de procesos contables, derivados de la operativa de cargos /abonos a cuentas de clientes, así como experiencia en el manejo y gestión adecuados de partidas de alto riesgo.

Gestión efectivo de tiempo, habilidades de relaciones de trabajo con Gerencias de Producto, habilidades de resolución de problemas operativos

Dominio de Microsoft Office comprobable.

Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa, habilidades relacionadas con la inteligencia emocional, el pensamiento crítico, el liderazgo, la resiliencia y la gestión del cambio.

Comunicación, responsabilidad, honestidad, saber escuchar, empatía.

Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia comercial relacionada con procesos operativos deseable, amplio conocimiento en el ambito operativo de tarjetas de crédito, débito y créditos personales y de nómina, productos de captación .
Amplio conocimiento de aplicación, análisis y estructura de procesos contables y operativos, derivados de la operativa de cargos /abonos a cuentas de clientes, así como experiencia en el manejo y gestión adecuados de partidas de alto riesgo.
Gestión de Convenios de servicio e interacción con diferentes gerencias de producto.
