Job Overview
The Marketing Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.Responsibilities:
- Own the creation, production and distribution of client communications such as letters, talking points, e-mails, forms, FAQs, brochures and sales collateral. Responsible for writing, producing, and distributing all client facing materials detailed below.
- Development of client communications for core consumer lines of business. Development of written content, editing and implementing a wide range of customer servicing and marketing materials including letters, e-mails and forms.
- In addition, this role will include the creation, development and production of sales collateral and marketing materials such as brochures, fact sheets, and sales presentations, investment products marketing materials and specialized publications.
- Ensure consistent messaging through the creation of talking points, scripts, and FAQs for customer service and client-facing employees, managing and implementing all direct mail campaigns for existing clients and ensure that the business complies with regulatory requirements and regulators’ mandates.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Cross-sell Marketing Manager
El Gerente de Marketing de Venta Cruzada es responsable de la calidad y la entrega oportuna de las actividades de marketing enfocadas en la estrategia de venta cruzada y el negocio, asegurando su alineación con la identidad de marca y los objetivos de crecimiento definidos. Todo esto debe realizarse en estricto cumplimiento de los procesos y estándares establecidos manteniendo siempre un entorno de control.
Asimismo, el puesto implica supervisar y analizar el rendimiento de las campañas publicitarias, así como los KPI del negocio, utilizando métricas analíticas para generar insights que respalden las mejores prácticas en los canales de comunicación, tanto online como offline, todo dentro del presupuesto asignado.
Como parte de esta función, también deberá ser un solucionador creativo de problemas siempre centrado en el cliente, todo mientras trabaja como parte de un equipo de marketing de venta cruzada dedicado.
Responsabilidades
• Organizar, priorizar y dar seguimiento a las tareas de los proyectos, asegurando su correcta ejecución.
• Diseñar, colaborar e implementar estrategias de marketing que impulsen la conversión y las respuestas a las ofertas.
• Cuidar la experiencia positiva del cliente a lo largo de su journey.
• Detectar y corregir deficiencias en las métricas y mediciones disponibles a lo largo de todo el funnel de venta cruzada.
• Evaluar el desempeño de los medios digitales y redes sociales, identificando oportunidades para incrementar ventas y mejorar el rendimiento del canal.
• Colaborar con compañeros de producto, digital, datos, retail, legal y otras áreas para ejecutar campañas exitosas (online y offline), para asegurar una experiencia integral para el cliente.
• Participar en equipos interdisciplinarios para diseñar estrategias de mejora continua para los productos bancarios. Para obtener mejores resultados, deberá demostrar capacidad analítica e innovadora al proponer y ejecutar campañas.
• Diseñar y aplicar pruebas que optimicen el response rate y la experiencia del cliente.
• Gestionar y revisar el contenido en todos los puntos de contacto con el cliente: email marketing, SMS, medios digitales, entre otros.
• Asegurar la coherencia de los mensajes en todos los materiales de comunicación, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y regulatorio.
• Controlar y dar seguimiento al presupuesto anual, asegurando su correcta ejecución.
Competencias:
- Sólida capacidad para diseñar e implementar estrategias de marketing orientadas al logro de los objetivos comerciales.
- Experiencia en la planificación, ejecución, seguimiento y medición de estrategias de marketing omnicanal.
- Conocimiento avanzado en marketing digital y comercio electrónico, con enfoque en la generación de demanda y conversión.
- Pensamiento estratégico, analítico y creativo para la resolución de retos complejos y la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, con experiencia efectiva en la interacción con niveles directivos y ejecutivos.
- Capacidad para presentar información y resultados de forma visual, clara y convincente, adaptándose tanto a audiencias analíticas como no analíticas.
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, cumplir con plazos exigentes y mantener un enfoque en resultados.
Carreras deseables:
Licenciatura Marketing, Marketing Digital, Comunicación, Administración de Empresas o experiencia equivalente comprobable.
