Job Overview

The Community Development Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development of content and training strategies that allow the continuous updating and consolidation of the educational offer through the promotion of the financial and economic culture between the different segments of the population.
• Coordinate the design and implementation of the educational strategies of the area for the promotion of the financial and economic culture.
• Coordinate the detection of needs, the design and implementation, as well as the social and educational approach to update and innovate the educational offer, according to the different segments of the population.
• Design and actuate the strategies and methodologies of classroom training, direct and in cascade to ensure the development of financial and economic skills in children, young people and adults, business people, entrepreneurs and organizations of civil society, in favor of their welfare.
• Design and/or validation of the content for materials, training and channels of knowledge offers to contribute to personal welfare, family and community.
• Design and consolidate models of intervention toward: children, young people, adults, entrepreneurs and business, collaborators and clients
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• Min 5-8 years of relevant experience

Education:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

-Conocimiento en el proceso de alta de proveedores.

-Experiencia en la implementación de procesos tecnológicos.

Habilidades Deseables

Implementación de procesos tecnológicos: Elaborar estrategias bien definidas de contenidos para las herramientas que utiliza la Dirección (openpages, docusing, SharePoint) Dinámico: Trabajar con energía, transformación, cambios, etc. Manejo a la frustración: Capacidad para desarrollar la tolerancia, manejo de bienestar emocional, cambio de perspectivas

Certificaciones y Formación

• Deseable Certificaciones como Lean Six Sigma Green Belt o Black Belt, Ingeniero de Calidad Certificado (CQE) y Profesional en Gestión de Proyectos (PMP) son altamente valoradas y pueden ser requeridas para este puesto.
