Job Overview
This people manager role is responsible for providing full leadership and direction to the IAM ISA Active Directory team in APAC. The responsibilities include efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks as well as manage the team's day to day operations. The overall objective of this role is to lead a team of Active Directory analysts to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities are conducted in alignment with Citi's data security policy. Given the critical responsibilities of this role and the potential negative impact of leaving it vacant, it is imperative that we hire a replacement manager. This will ensure the continued success of the team, maintain operational excellence, mitigate security risks, and drive innovation.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the volume, quality, and timeliness of service delivered by the team
Provide security oversight for new systems and major system releases by reviewing system security capabilities
Recommend system improvements and approve design changes as part of the system development lifecycle
Develop new/improved procedures and process control manuals
Manage and oversee the tasks and professional development of a IAM ISA team
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven influencing and relationship management skills
Proven analytical skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
