Job Overview
The Campus Recruiter Senior position is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the campus recruitment process in coordination with the business, vendors and HR team. The overall objective of this role is to manage in various campus recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan.
Responsibilities:
Manage campus recruiting overall processes with businesses under tight deadlines
Lead campus recruiting selection processes for new staff at new graduate level
Facilitate the meetings with business stakeholders and vendors
Manage multiple project schedules and tight deadlines
Providing support across the entire firm or to multiple business lines/areas for campus recruiting activities/events (domestic/international)
Analyze the applicant data quickly to provide insights to the stakeholders
Lead the marketing events, and report preparation for the stakeholders
Present information as a representative of the firm
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
English / Japanese bilingual capability is a must
Executed project management skills
Strong presentation skills in Japanese and English
Strong Data Analytical Skills utilizing Excel and relevant systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word) and HR related systems
Demonstrated multi-tasking skills under tight deadlines and pressure
Strong communication skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders
Quick learner with proactive manner
5-7 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of industry practice and standards
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
