The Citi Early Career team supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection and program management of graduate, apprenticeship and MBA hires.
We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner, Assistant Vice President.
In this role, your responsibilities include:
Manage end -to -end recruitment for Apprentice regulatory hiring in India including sourcing, screening, selection, offer management and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, Labor Relations and business stakeholders execute against Apprentice regulatory obligations in India.
Act as a credible business partner by providing recruitment campaign and program data, insights, and market trend analysis to business, Early Career teams, and wider HR communities.
Ensure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed.
Maintain accurate recruitment and program data by ensuring candidate tracking systems and reports are consistently updated and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through events and liaison with the Citi University Relations team.
Coordinate and facilitate the selection and assessment process (interview days & assessment centers), lead on debriefing sessions and hiring decision processes with business, ensuring accurate and prompt offer management.
Support program management activities to ensure onboarding, development, and engagement initiatives are executed effectively.
Act as a point of contact for all queries relating to the Apprentice hiring. Ensure apprentice registration is completed, liaising directly with HGS.
Organise and host intake sessions both with Citi stakeholders and students when necessary
Collaborate with the wider Early Career team on global projects and initiatives
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
Recruitment experience required ideally within an early career /graduate recruitment function or agency
Experience of Apprentice hiring in India desirable.
Have working knowledge of the regulatory apprentice landscape in India.
Demonstrated skills in managing multiple recruitment campaigns and early career programs, with strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, internal teams and external partners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage an audience, from candidates to senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and ability to provide insights and reports to inform decision making.
