Job Overview

The Applications Development Programmer Analyst is an entry level position responsible for contributing to a variety of development activities in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in applications systems analysis and programming activities.

• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development and a passion for building innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is perfect for a developer who is eager to grow their skills and contribute to a collaborative environment. The candidate is also expected to handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks. These activities are crucial for maintaining the health of the Salesforce org and ensuring a smooth development lifecycle. A Salesforce Certified Administrator or App Builder or PD1 certification is a mandatory prerequisite for this position

• Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Components.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Perform data migration, data cleansing, and integration with external systems using Salesforce APIs.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations and developments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance problems within the Salesforce environment.

• Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.

• Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.

• Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Administrator/App Builder/Platform Developer1 certification.

• Proficiency in Salesforce development with Apex, Flows, and SOQL.

• Familiarity with the Lightning Component Framework, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

• A solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.

• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) for integration purposes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
