Job Overview

This requisition is raised to hire replacement at CSIPL -In plan- Replacement for Employee : E, Yuvaraj (SOE ID - YE10116 ) who has been promoted as C10 through internal mobility. Overview: CSIPL partners support the Financial Services & Accounting operations which performs Payment Servicing, Payment Utility, Financial services investigation & Validation. This includes both Retail Bank and Cards. Responsibilities: Role responsibilities includes but not limited to; Timely and accurate completion of complex tasks, data validations of products in support of operations, audit and agency initiatives. Supporting management in completion of assignments to meet multiple, aggressive deadlines. Ability to analyze and provide input to Team Managers based on department procedures and escalates issues to team managers. Shift timing - 24*7 shifts including late night (IST) shift start timings Location: Chennai, IN Top 3 Risk if not fulfilled: Delay in Transition/ Inadequate capacity could result in negative SLA metric impact, regulatory risk and increased overtime Workday Posting: External & Internal This req# is raised for Criticality 2 process. The role is for Individual Contributor and will not have any people reporting. 100% of their time will be spent on Financial Investigation activities. Financial Investigation process is a critical process (HC : 28 FTE) as it deals with GL outages to be reconciled on a timely manner failing which would lead to financial Impact. Employee will be reporting to me (SS65360 – S J SUDARSHANAN) & I have 13 direct reports. This JR request has been updated in the control share point of Linda Maness; Approved by Chris/Vicki 09.2025

The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is a position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; reconciliation of GL's, completion of journals basis investigation completed, completing documentation related to the investigations. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 1 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. Responsibilities: • Reconciliation and Resolution of General Ledger outages and supervise escalated issues, providing efficient and effective service to Citi’s clients • Recommending new work procedures to help streamline operations • Comprehensive knowledge of General Ledger Reconciliation / Research / Investigation process across multiple applications • Communicate daily with management on productivity, quality, availability, Management Information System (MIS) indicators, as well as providing written and oral communications to supported business areas for approval of correct financial entries and resolution of incorrect entries • Analyze operations information and make evaluative judgements to solve problems Responsible for identifying and resolving routine problems and operational issues with broader departmental impact within established procedures • • Support expansive and diverse array of products and services • Assist with ongoing Lean and process improvement projects • Resolve complex problems based on best practice/precedence, escalating as needed • Serve as a backup for manager, as needed, Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards • Complete unit level deliverables assigned for the role Qualifications: • Previous relevant experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to work unsupervised and apply problem solve capabilities • Ability to work occasional weekends to support COB testin • Demonstrated analytical skills and mathematical knowledge • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
