Job Overview

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

A seasoned Engineering manager with experience delivering Mobile applications using Native or Hybrid Mobile platforms such as React Native, Flutter etc.

The successful candidate is expected to have performed the role of Mobile Lead/architect for 2-3 years providing strategic solutions to Mobile applications

The appropriate candidate will clearly demonstrate his ability to improve Continuous integration, provide process improvement areas and executing projects using Agile Scrum

Responsibilities:

• The Role also includes 
  • Design, development, testing and implementation of software solutions designed for mobile devices.
  • Scope for influencing design and architecture.

  •People/Team Management, Release planning & Status reporting
  • Liaise with multiple technology teams, operations and product contacts of varying degrees of seniority to facilitate project delivery. 

  Job Description

  Hands on Mobile Architect/Dev lead with experience delivering multi-channel / multi-platform Mobile and Tablet applications either Native or Hybrid mobile platforms such as React Native, Flutter etc.

  The successful candidates demonstrates her/his understanding of Mobile application development  lifecycle

  ·  Liaise with multiple technology teams, operations and product contacts of varying degrees of seniority to facilitate project delivery. 

  Has an eye for perfection and detail on Apple and Google User Interface Guidelines

  ·   Scope for influencing design and architecture.

  Managing application vulnerabilities and tracking them to closure

  Keeping application software up to date.

  Technical / Functional Proficiency:

• 11+ years of hands-on experience building Mobile applications including Web and UI applications, providing strategic solutions.

  ·         Strong interpersonal skills.

  ·         Experience in Banking and Financial Domain

  ·         Experience with Hybrid & Native mobile application development

  ·         Strong Object-Oriented design and development experience with JavaScript (ES5 & ES6), Swift / Objective-C

  ·         Strong  design and development experience in building Restful endpoints (.Net /Java or NodeJS)

  ·         Strong experience with React Native and writing new plugins for the same.

  ·         In-Depth understanding of Android and iOS operating systems.

  ·         Strong understanding Continuous integration using Teamcity / Jenkins etc

  ·         Good Analytical skills

  ·         Experience with computer Cryptography/security; e.g. SSH, SSL and Certificate management

  Agile Scrum Practitioner with exposure to SAFe

  Strong performance tuning skills both on UI and Backend
