Job Overview
The Global ID Administration (GIDA) Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide core customer service support for assigned applications and systems
- Initiate process changes and improvements that increase operating efficiency based on the Lean methodology
- Complete moderately complex projects end-to-end, utilizing tools and methodologies
- Provide guidance regarding Information Security concepts and policies (IS/GIDA policies and guidelines), recommend and implement day-to-day work
- Identify, register and resolve potential compliance issues, including accurate closure and inventory tracking
- Understand and apply complex decision-making processes by seeking out input from stakeholders and comprehending risks in decision making
- Communicate the need for change, involve stakeholders in the change process and apply change theory to complete successful adoption
- Coach team member, identify development needs and identify resources to recommend stretch capabilities
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Certifications preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven analytical skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

GIAM manages the principle of least privilege by providing Citi staff and clients with seamless and secure access to the resources they need at the right time with efficient, resilient operationsand the right embedded controls.
This role is responsible to perform ISA function for CyberArk from Chennai IAM Operations. Replacement will be at same level, and same location. CyberArk is Citi’s chosen privileged access control platform and directly contributes to sustaining and achieving Citi’s overall Cyber Risk appetite.
Will be delivering on the volume of privileged IDs to be enrolled in CyberArk, including added volume from automation failure that requires manual intervention. In addition, the role supports deliverables related to CAP milestones, providing audit and regulatory requests, and working with stakeholders in planning and executing remediation for non-compliance items in CAMP.
