Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Evangelize Technology Products: Promote CTO and Citi AI products across business units to increase awareness and drive adoption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor adoption strategies.
  • Enablement Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, workshops, and training sessions to facilitate technology adoption.
  • Strategic Advisor: Act as a strategic advisor to business teams, providing guidance on integrating new technologies into their workflows.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture user feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Tracking: Track key adoption metrics and report on usage, impact, and areas for opportunity.
  • Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global and regional teams to align
  • adoption efforts and ensure consistency.
  • Continuous Learning & Experimentation: Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies rapidly and openly experiment with them, including new AI tool adoption

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strategic Influence: Ability to align technology adoption with broader business and transformation goals.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across business units to drive adoption and change.

  • Change Management Expertise: Proven experience in navigating organizational complexity and overcoming resistance to new technology.

  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and guide a high-performance team.

  • Scalable Execution: Experience leading initiatives that impact large user bases, requiring mature judgment, foresight, and execution capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
  • Experience as Applications Development Manager/DevOps/Evangelizing products for wider teams.
  • Must have interacted with Senior stakeholders and influenced them as strategic advisor for Technology enablement.
  • Stakeholder and people management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards
  • In depth Understanding DevOps and Agile technical aspects and tooling
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Experienced in hands-on development of any language like Java/Python and understanding of Containers(K8S), Cloud(AWS/Google) is good to have, CI/CD pipeline and Vulnerability aspects.
  • This role requires to be self starter hence should be a driven individual and passionate about technology and innovation.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
