The Business Analyst bridges the gap between Enterprise Business Functions end user needs ensuring the digital products are both functional and user friendly. This role needs to be driven and willing to learn and is not afraid of taking responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be responsible to support the development and implementation of the vision and strategy relating to EUC Framework supporting the end-to-end EUC lifecycle. The role requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of the different systems, theories, and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles. This role will partner with various cross functional stakeholders, including Businesses and Functions, Technology, Internal Audit and Compliance. Excellent communication skills required to influence a wide range of audiences. The job is likely to be involved in both internal and external negotiations which will have a major impact on the organization.​

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibilities include Product Management / Business Analysis for an internal Citi Application, End User Solution.
  • Work closely with business functions to articulate the business need and create a user-friendly intuitive application.
  • This position will require strong experience in interface usability as well as wireframe and prototype development to deliver responsive mobile and browser-based user interfaces. The UX/UI Designer will work closely with other members of the UX team as well as the product and development teams in an agile environment to understand requirements, conduct UX surveys with customers, prepare and demonstrate high fidelity storyboard and interface prototypes, and work with the development teams through to UX testing with customers and release.
  • Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements that lead to intuitive user experiences using Figma
  • Strong handle on Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Standards
  • Regularly inform senior management on progress of project, identifying risks early in the process
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
  • Ability to work independently and be comfortable leading projects across a variety of services.
  • Ensure Issues are identified, tracked, reported analyzed and resolved in a timely manner and determine if escalation is needed.
  • Decompose high-level information into details and create effective user stories.
  • Maintain a healthy product backlog and ensure the status accuracy.
  • ​This is a global role that will work with teams across multiple businesses and functions as well as second and third lines of defense. ​
  • Balance and execute near-medium-long-term action plans and partners with large/complex country, region, or business requiring coordination and execution across units.​
  • Support strategic control and governance process re-engineering initiatives including the design and build of process flows, tooling and operational frameworks.​
  • Coordinate efforts across cross-functional stakeholders to confirm scope / risk assessment / risk reduction plans, identify potential roadblocks and design appropriate mitigation strategies.​
  • Draft, revise and assist in the implementation of Policy, Standards and Procedures for the Enterprise EUC program. This includes annual reviews, soliciting and incorporating feedback to improve documentation over time.​
  • Partner with Governance, Tooling, Training, Communications, Quality Assurance, Transformation, and Reporting teams to identify areas for improvement​.
  • ​Prepare and present recurring updates for executive management and sectors, tracks progress and issues managed by other areas such as business, technology, and senior management to identify emerging risks. ​

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management / Business Analysis, relevant experience​
  • Experience of Project Management / Scrum / Agile Methodology
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and influence key partners to achieve business objectives; must be able to work well with geographically dispersed multi-disciplinary teams. ​
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills for EUC solution identification, implementation, and tracking of effective remediation, and design of sustainable processes.​
  • ​General understanding of relevant banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large complex financial institutions​​
  • Strong communication (written and oral), reporting, presentation and influencing skills. Proven ability to author clearly written communications for senior management (Samples of prior work may be requested).​

Education

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
