Job Overview
The Program Management Lead, Branch Technology & Enablement is responsible for contributing to and leading specific initiatives for the enablement of emerging technologies across the branch network. This includes assisting in the development and implementation of frameworks, processes, and tools to facilitate the adoption and integration of new technologies, ensuring effective governance, risk management, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires an understanding of the technology landscape, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to support change initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute against the evolving strategy for emerging technologies, aligning with the organization's overall technology strategy and business objectives.
- Support the maintenance and adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and standards for the adoption and use of emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
- Assist in establishing and improving processes for technology discovery, evaluation, and onboarding, including criteria for prioritization, investment, and deployment.
- Lead specific projects and initiatives related to the development and implementation of new technologies, including training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing, to build internal expertise and facilitate adoption.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration by participating in and promoting communities of practice, knowledge sharing, and encouraging experimentation with emerging technologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to support technological advancements.
- Collaborate across the organization, including with technology teams, risk management, and compliance, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of assigned projects and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and measuring the impact on technology adoption, innovation, and business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience with program and/or project management
- Experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management industry preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$107,120.00 - $160,680.00
