The Creative Execution Manager is a seasoned professional role. We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Creative Services – Content Automation program manager to lead the development, deployment, and management of creative content using automated tools and platforms. This role bridges creativity and technology -ensuring brand consistency, accelerating production timelines, and optimizing workflows across digital and print channels.
Responsibilities:
Content Management & Automation
- Oversee the creation and distribution of content using automated platforms (e.g. Adobe, Naehas, Aprimo)
- Implement and maintain content templates and brand libraries to enable scalable production.
- Manage integrations between creative tools and marketing automation platforms.
Workflow Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual work and enhance speed-to-market.
- Monitor project pipeline, ensuring on-time delivery of content across campaigns and channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop repeatable, automated workflows.
Creative Production Oversight
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and production vendors to deliver high-quality assets.
- Ensure content adheres to brand standards, legal requirements, and compliance guidelines.
- Manage version control and approval workflows across stakeholders.
- Identify and manage issues to resolution.
- Manage internal legal, compliance and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in creative services, marketing operations, or content production.
- Strong understanding of content automation platforms (e.g. Adobe, Naeheas, Stensul, Aprimo)
- Adobe experience is a must.
- Experience managing high-volume content pipelines across multiple campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills, familiarity with tools like Workfront.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills,; ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- A blend of creative sensibility and technical know-how.
