Job Overview
The Client Mgmt Analyst2 is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.
Responsibilities:
- Provies financial and management reporting, planning and analysis for a specific business unit, division or product.
- Responsible for providing support to the Banking business overall or to multiple banking business units.
- Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.
- Contribute to work flow or process change and redesign, and to form a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process
- Accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner.
- May direct day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Analytical skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Project management experience.
- Previous experience preferred
- 0-2 years relevant experience
Education:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Objetivo del puesto
Ser el nexo entre Operaciones y el cliente, para asegurar que la operativa de los clientes fluye naturalmente, reduciendo al mínimo la necesidad de involucramiento del RM. Socio estratégico del Negocio, con participación activa en la relación con los clientes y fluida interacción con las áreas comerciales RMs, y Product Managers y Tesorería. Responsable de participar en actividades de gestión, seguimiento y realización de informes regulatorios contra el blanqueo de capitales (AML) en coordinación con el equipo de Cumplimiento y Control, con el objetivo de ayudar en el desarrollo y la administración de un programa interno dedicado KYC
(Conozca a su cliente) en Citi.
Debe garantizar la efectiva calidad de servicio y atención:
- Teniendo contacto fluido con las distintas áreas del Banco (Operaciones, Citiservice, Negocio, Tesorería), para asegurar el correcto cumplimiento de las instrucciones de clientes y las transacciones el día a día, haciendo el seguimiento y coordinación de operaciones para su correcta liquidación.
- Soporte de las excepciones, regularizando documentación faltante, deferrals-waivers.
- Asegurando la correcta detección de las causas de errores operativos a fin de realizar las acciones preventivas correspondientes que eleven el nivel de satisfacción de los clientes.
- Soporte para casos complejos/reclamos que no pueden esperar ser atendidos por Citiservice.
- Asegúrese de que los informes circunstanciados(KYC) incorporen los requisitos normativos locales y los estándares de la Unidad de soporte comercial global (BSU)
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de las empresas y salvaguardando a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, impulsando el cumplimiento de las leyes, reglas y regulaciones aplicables, adhiriéndose a la Política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido con respecto al comportamiento personal, la conducta y prácticas comerciales. Escalar, administrar y reportar problemas de control con transparencia.
Requisitos para postularse:
- Ordenado, metódico, con iniciativa y proactivo.
- Enfocado en la atención de los clientes.
- Habilidad y fluidez en la comunicación
- Alto grado de responsabilidad, confidencialidad y compromiso
- Capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones.
- Nivel avanzado de inglés oral y escrito
- Dominio de Herramientas de Office
- Formación preferentemente administrativo-contable.
- Buen relacionamiento interpersonal y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
