Job Overview
EMEA Regulatory Reporting Citi Solutions Centre (CSC) in Budapest is a key part of the Finance function. It is Citi’s pioneering centre on a global scale where local regulatory reporting professionals work together in a central location, to ensure consistent quality of reporting across multiple countries. As part of the LRR Automations team the LRR Senior Business Analyst driving the Reporting Team/Technology collaboration and implementation of the firm’s strategic technology solutions across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, tasks, resources, and timelines. Developing detailed project plans,
- Stakeholder Management: Identifying, engaging, and managing the expectations of all project stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Schedule Management: Creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and adjusting timelines as needed.
- Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure adherence to the approved budget.
- Assess the impact of system implementations on existing local regulatory reporting processes
- Understand, document, and represent the business requirements of local regulatory reporting on program/project level
- Interpret policies and guidelines, analyze data and processes
- Contribute to the design, roll-out and governance of the strategic tech solutions
- Prepare and execute test scripts for the solution developed
- Document new processes and prepare user guides for new systems and features
Qualifications / skills:
- 8+ years in financial or risk reporting, project management or system implementation roles
- Experience in Business Analysis and/or with Reporting (preferably Regulatory Reporting)
- Excellent relational, communication and presentation skills (high level of PowerPoint competency and visual storytelling skills required)
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across various levels of Seniority
- Experience with leading, managing, and motivating agile PODs/teams (on-site and remotely)
- Apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies for the purpose of automating regulatory report creation for financial regulators, as well as to standardize the solutions
- Be able to pay attention to details while keeping the overview
- Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint knowledge
- Fluent English knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree
