Job Overview

Join Citi’s HR EMEA Benefits Operations in Budapest and make your own progress in a supportive and friendly environment! Our Budapest based HR EMEA Benefits Operations Team manages multiple countries’ processes across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and is responsible for the benefits related data management of our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all benefits related data /administration during employee lifecycle from enrollment to disenrollment, focusing on the checker role
  • Act as key contact person with benefit vendors, act as the bridge between the organization, the employees and the benefits providers, ensure timely reporting and payment to benefit vendors and excellent customer service for employees
  • Effectively solve complex employee inquiries and escalations
  • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members and act as key contact person of the benefits operations area
  • Participate in transition and reengineering projects on a country/regional/global level
  • Collaborate with the HR benefits team to implement changes in country benefits, lead implementation efforts
  • Ensure process documentation is up to date, drive simplification and enhance effectiveness measures through continuous improvement, also focusing on preventing any gaps in the processes and compliance with internal controls

Ideal background:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree
  • 2+ years of HR Administration experience – Benefits administration experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent research and organizational skills, deadline focused and proactive attitude, high attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analysing and/or evaluating processes and data.
